Over two hundred families have left us a five-star review on Google. Here's what they wrote.
Throwing A Party, Two Ways
Most parents have done the first version at least once. It's why they book the second one next year.
The usual way
- ✕Book a venue two months out and hope the date holds
- ✕Drive twelve kids across town, then drive them all home
- ✕Run the games yourself while trying to greet parents
- ✕Half the kids lose interest forty minutes in
- ✕Stay behind to clean up a room you didn't mess up
With Gamers Getaway
- ✓Check live dates online and book in about two minutes
- ✓We park at your address. Nobody goes anywhere
- ✓A Game Coach picks the games and runs the whole thing
- ✓Fifteen play at once, and nobody waits their turn
- ✓We pack up and drive off. Your driveway looks untouched
Find Your City
We travel across the GTA and well beyond it. Pick your city for local details, or just enter your address when you book and the travel fee appears before you pay.
First Time Hearing About This?
The questions people ask before they've decided a gaming truck is the answer.
What is a video game truck party?
A video game truck party is a mobile gaming theatre that drives to your address and sets up outside. Gamers Getaway arrives in a climate-controlled trailer fitted with wall-mounted screens, PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox and VR, and a library of 100+ games. Fifteen guests play at the same time while a Game Coach runs the session, and everything packs up and leaves when the party ends. Nobody travels anywhere and no equipment gets borrowed, set up or cleaned.
How is a video game truck different from booking a party venue?
A venue makes everyone come to you at a fixed time, usually two months after you booked it, and someone still has to run the games and tidy up afterwards. A video game truck reverses it: the entertainment drives to your driveway, a Game Coach handles the whole session, and the space you're using is your own street. There's no travel for guests, no room hire, and nothing to clean up once we've gone.
What makes Gamers Getaway different from other video game trucks in Toronto?
Gamers Getaway has run over 1,000 parties across Toronto and the GTA and holds more than 200 five-star Google reviews, alongside 200+ school and camp events and 50+ corporate clients. Every booking includes a dedicated Game Coach rather than a driver who drops off equipment, all game accounts are provided so nothing needs logging in, and dates can be checked and booked online in about two minutes instead of waiting on a quote.
Do you travel to my city?
Gamers Getaway serves Toronto and the entire Greater Toronto Area, and travels out to Hamilton, Barrie, Bowmanville and the surrounding Ontario communities. Pick your city from the list above for local details, or enter your address in the booking form and the travel fee for your area appears before you pay.
